Work with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom Understand and be an expert in WorkOS’s products and codebase, supporting technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks Provide technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with our API Act as a hard + soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team Troubleshoot any issues that arise from the developer and diagnose any blockers Engage customers for feedback to help shape product development Work cross-functionally within the company
