Developer Success Engineer

2+ years of experience as a developer support engineer or adjacent role. Prior experience working at a developer tools company or early-stage startup is ideal. Strong technical generalist, comfortable discussing product features and architecture. Prior development experience with one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, Java). Excellent writing skills.

Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for customers. Become an expert in the Knock platform. Help customers plan and execute end-to-end implementations. Identify and help overcome customer adoption blockers. Answer product questions for potential customers. Support the sales team in technical discussions. Create technical content (sample apps, documentation, videos). Deliver feedback to product and engineering teams. Manage and communicate priorities between internal and external stakeholders.
