Requirements:

Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset. Confidence in explaining technology and comfort engaging with experienced teams. Great organizational skills and ability to absorb new concepts quickly. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Experience or familiarity with APIs, cloud applications, telecommunications, or networking is a plus. Curiosity and the drive to learn are essential. Willingness to travel for face-to-face partner meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
Support partner sales cycles as the key technical advisor for Five9 contact center solutions. Help partners understand Five9 platform capabilities, configuration options, and usage patterns. Learn and train partners on new Five9 products and features. Deliver engaging demos and presentations on Five9's CCaaS product suite. Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and trials. Create and maintain enablement content for partners. Capture and distill partner and customer feedback for internal teams. Continuously deepen telecom and CCaaS knowledge. Help educate and support assigned partners on Five9 solutions.
