4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-scaling startup or dynamic, high-growth company Strong track record of closing technical and/or go-to-market roles across multiple levels Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability Experience using modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
