Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods Deliver an outstanding candidate experience Use data and metrics to optimize recruiting funnel Mentor and collaborate with recruiting coordinators and junior recruiters Help shape employer branding initiatives Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
