4-6 years of recruiting experience. Experience in both high-volume and salaried hiring. Demonstrated experience owning recruiting strategy or leading a recruiting function. Strong sourcing skills. Experience partnering with senior leaders on headcount planning and hiring strategy. Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred). Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Experience with structured interviewing and equitable selection processes. Prior experience in cannabis, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus. Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
