Requirements:
Five to eight plus years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments. Proven success hiring across both engineering and GTM teams. Ability to operate independently with high volume and minimal coordination support. Experience implementing ATS systems and creating scalable hiring processes. Strong sourcing skills across outbound channels and talent communities. Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional partnership. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles globally. Build foundational hiring systems including ATS selection and implementation, workflows, documentation, interview guidelines, and careers page. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria. Source candidates proactively through outbound outreach, networks, job boards, and communities. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Manage all recruiting operations including scheduling, background checks, and compliance. Write job descriptions and publish job ads. Support employer brand development.
