Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups Proven success managing 5+ concurrent requisitions as solo or small-team recruiter Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including senior/executive hires Strong stakeholder management with track record of trusted advisor relationships Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter Experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to inform decision-making
Responsibilities:
Recruit across all departments and seniority levels, from operational roles to executive placements Serve as primary talent partner to department heads Maintain <60 day average time-to-hire while upholding quality standards Partner with hiring managers on strategy, candidate evaluation, and market insights Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape Own vendor relationships: LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever ATS, recruitment agency partnerships Influence hiring strategy and workforce planning alongside People and Finance teams Continuously optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience Track and report on key recruiting metrics Provide regular reporting to leadership on recruiting performance and trends
