Minimum Associate's degree or proven, relevant career experience At least 2 years of event logistics and customer service experience Ability to travel to some events (approx. 5x year) Technologically proficient: GSuite, CRM, Zoom, Asana, Salesforce, Blackthorn Events, event registration tools Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual) Demonstrated initiative with the ability to propose solutions and improve processes Comfortable navigating fast-paced growth and change with an entrepreneurial mindset
