Requirements:
8-12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience. At least 5 years in senior or executive roles. Proven success leading marketing strategy for high-growth B2B, digital marketing, or agency environments. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, demand generation, analytics, and brand development. Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience owning pipeline metrics and marketing-sourced revenue. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams. Experience implementing AI-driven marketing tools is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Define long-term marketing vision aligned with revenue targets. Translate company growth objectives into integrated marketing strategies. Lead competitive positioning and messaging. Own full-funnel demand generation strategy. Partner with CRO and Sales on forecasting and conversion optimization. Implement marketing attribution and analytics frameworks. Lead and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team. Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation and innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership. Oversee brand strategy and content strategy. Strengthen industry presence through PR, speaking opportunities, and partnerships. Stay ahead of digital marketing advancements and AI-powered tools. Conduct competitive and market analysis. Champion adoption of emerging technologies. Oversee strategy and ROI for events, trade shows, and sponsorships. Develop and maintain industry partnerships. Serve as a senior spokesperson. Own the marketing budget. Oversee vendor, contractor, and agency relationships. Establish systems, processes, and dashboards for marketing operations.
