Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across a two-sided marketplace Partner with Provider Marketing team to drive provider acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention Collaborate with Commercial Market team to support revenue growth, pipeline generation, and market expansion Own the marketing budget and channel investment strategy Lead, mentor, and manage the Creative team (design, web, and content) Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities, briefs, and roadmaps Oversee brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling Develop and optimize marketing channels Leverage data and experimentation to inform decisions and measure impact Build scalable processes, systems, and metrics
