Requirements:
Experience in direct B2B sales where you owned deals end-to-end with the customer. Comfortable speaking with customers every day and driving deals to a clear outcome. Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits. Clear communicator who keeps internal handoffs simple and tidy. Coachable and motivated to grow through the ranks. Experience in energy, utilities, or customer procurement processes (desirable). Experience working in a fast-moving commercial team with high volume and short cycles (desirable). Interest in sustainability and clean energy (desirable).
Responsibilities:
Own and close smaller direct SMB opportunities from first contact to signature. Respond quickly to inbound direct interest and progress deals. Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify fit. Explain the company proposition clearly to buyers. Maintain high deal hygiene with clear notes, stages, and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to keep deals moving. Ensure clean handoffs for smooth onboarding and delivery. Share feedback on customer requests and deal roadblocks.
