Requirements:
Experience in direct B2B sales where you owned deals end-to-end. Comfortable speaking with customers every day and driving deals to a clear outcome. Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits. Clear communicator who keeps internal handoffs simple and tidy. Coachable and motivated to grow. Experience in energy, utilities, or customer procurement processes (desirable). Experience working in a fast-moving commercial team with high volume and short cycles (desirable). Interest in sustainability and clean energy (desirable).
Responsibilities:
Own and close smaller direct SMB opportunities from first contact to signature. Respond quickly to inbound direct interest and progress deals. Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify fit. Explain the company proposition clearly to buyers. Keep deal hygiene high with clear notes, stages, timelines, and handover details. Coordinate with internal teams to keep customer-side deals moving. Ensure clean handoffs for smooth onboarding and delivery. Share feedback on SMB customer requests and deal roadblocks.
