Requirements:
Experience in energy, climate tech or B2B sales in complex, multi-stakeholder deals with renewable generators, developers or asset managers Proven ability to source, structure and close new generator deals Strong grasp of generator commercial drivers (price, risk, term, route-to-market) with credible value positioning Experience with PPAs, flexible products or structured energy deals Excellent communicator who collaborates across teams to smooth generator onboarding
Responsibilities:
Run and close generator deals from first signal to signature Grow presence with developers, IPPs and aggregators Build a diversified portfolio across core tech types, regions, counterparties and tenors Track asset changes, deal activity and generator preferences Own commercial diligence and deal hygiene Work with Trading, Legal, Ops and Product to remove onboarding friction Feed structured sell-side signals into pricing, product and trading strategy
