Design, build, and operate end-to-end lifecycle programs. Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, including event-driven triggers, branching logic, and re-enrollment rules. Own email and SMS orchestration, including sequencing, timing, and fallback logic. Serve as the primary technical owner and administrator of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Architect and govern lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and data standards. Own integration design and reliability between HubSpot and other systems. Partner to ensure accurate event ingestion, identity resolution, and attribution. Own consent management, deliverability, QA processes, and system hygiene. Own end-to-end operational QA for lifecycle programs. Monitor live campaigns, automations, and data pipelines for errors. Troubleshoot issues directly and implement fixes. Use analytics tools to diagnose funnel drop-offs and performance drivers. Enable high-velocity experimentation. Make prioritization trade-offs across speed, quality, scalability, and technical debt. Recommend execution paths that protect long-term system health. Clearly communicate technical constraints, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
