Engineering at Earnest

At Earnest, you will build a scalable, high-performance lending ecosystem from initial application to checkout. Our engineers craft customer-centric financial products, ensuring seamless user experiences and orchestrating large-scale financial transactions. We rely on a modern tech stack including Node.js, TypeScript, React/Redux, and Angular for frontend development. Our backend utilizes PostgreSQL and Docker, while our infrastructure runs on AWS or similar cloud platforms. You will work on solving complex challenges like optimizing our microservices architecture, implementing robust fraud detection strategies, and continuously improving testing and deployment pipelines. Your work directly impacts how we deliver smarter borrowing options to our customers.
