Gather field-level feedback to inform platform improvements and partner enablement content. Serve as the primary point of contact for major account-related inquiries. Stay informed on residential HVAC technologies, market trends, and develop strategic growth plans. Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations. Attend trade events, builder meetings, and networking functions.
