Requirements:
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related function. Proven ability to lead and scale complex, cross-functional marketing and communications programs. Experienced people manager who builds and empowers high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels. Analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated ownership mentality. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program management certifications (preferred). Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (preferred). Experience working directly with executive leadership (preferred). Experience managing agency and external partner collaboration (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Partner with GGTM leadership to develop and drive key initiatives. Lead quarterly and annual planning processes. Facilitate monthly GGTM leadership meetings. Manage campaign stakeholders for successful delivery. Lead execution of high-impact cross-functional programs. Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and resources. Standardize and scale best practices for project and program management. Produce accurate and timely communication on program status updates. Define and implement end-to-end processes for brief creation and approval workflows. Manage program interdependencies and remove roadblocks. Establish and maintain a strong operational rhythm. Drive adoption and evolution of project management tools. Build scalable onboarding and documentation systems. Identify and implement operational improvements across GGTM’s workflows.
