Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field required. HR/HRIS certifications preferred. 8+ years in HRIS/People Systems roles, preferably in high-growth, regulated environments. Hands-on configuration and administration experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, Paylocity. Integration exposure to bSwift and Cocoon. Advanced Excel skills; comfort with structured data and report automation. Clear written/verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with evolving business needs. Full-time employment Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours/day. Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary administrator for HR tech stacks (configuration, user permissions, organizational structures, master data). Maintain data flows between tech stacks, partnering with IT and vendors for integrations. Manage system upgrades, planning testing and cutovers with compliance controls. Own HRIS incident triage and resolution, documenting fixes and maintaining SOPs. Audit and reconcile People data for accuracy and completeness. Ensure HR data practices meet policy, privacy, and audit requirements. Support internal/external audits. Validate ACA-related deduction codes, eligibility data, and pay/benefit impacts. Translate business requirements into scalable People process solutions. Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work. Drive change management for new features and integrations. Design and maintain People analytics datasets. Build executive-ready dashboards and automate refresh cycles. Develop forecasting and scenario models. Establish data quality rules and monitoring. Partner with Finance and People leadership to align KPI definitions. Perform root-cause analyses on system discrepancies. Drive ad hoc insights using advanced Excel and BI tooling. Provide expert user support and training to HR team members and managers. Manage vendor relationships (SLAs, release roadmaps, issue escalation).
