Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from opening a role to issuing the offer Work with key recruitment metrics, continuously improving process quality and efficiency Manage searches for both technical and non-technical roles Design and execute scalable recruitment processes Partner with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to run end-to-end hiring campaigns Act as a driver of change — navigate complex environments, initiate challenging conversations Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier
