Own the full lifecycle of People policies, ensuring global compliance and scalability. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and consultation guides. Serve as the operational owner for processes requiring employee representative body consultation. Manage complex or high-risk employee relations cases and formal investigations. Act as the formal escalation point for complex ER issues from the People Operations team. Identify systemic risks, trends, and patterns in ER, performance, and compliance data. Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and other internal departments. Develop and deliver training sessions on policy application, performance management, and compliance.
