Senior IT Project Manager, IT Generalist

7+ years of experience in IT project or program management roles within mid-to-large scale or high-growth SaaS environments. Strong knowledge of IT domains: infrastructure, networking, SaaS applications, and security. Proven ability to develop PMO deliverables (roadmaps, dashboards, executive updates, KPIs). Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and familiar with IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Lead cross-functional IT projects and programs spanning infrastructure, enterprise applications, and operations. Develop and maintain PMO-standard project documentation. Prepare and present PMO packets for leadership. Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent communication and meeting facilitation. Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement best practices in project governance. Establish project KPIs and success metrics. Partner with technical and business teams to identify dependencies and manage risks. Continuously improve IT PMO processes.
