- Lead IT automation initiatives using Windmill, n8n, Power Automate, Azure Automation, or equivalent tools.
- Manage projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and identity lifecycle workflows.
- Implement and optimize ticketing system automations (Zendesk or equivalent).
- Drive projects supporting HIPAA compliance, Security Risk Assessments, user access reviews, and onboarding/offboarding automation.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT programs with clinical, compliance, engineering, and global IT teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, KPIs, dashboards, and communication cadences.
- Support procurement, vendor management, and deployment of IT tools and platforms.
