Project Office Manager - Radiology IT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, Adobe Workfront). Solid Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project. Experience supporting multiple complex projects, ideally involving technology or clinical system implementations. Strong analytical and documentation skills. CAPM or PMP certification is considered a plus. Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical systems, or regulated environments is highly preferable.

Develop, implement, and maintain project methodologies, templates, and documentation standards. Ensure project activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational governance. Coordinate cross-functional project teams to meet timelines and deliverables. Manage detailed project schedules, forecasts, risk logs, and resource allocation plans. Create, update, and maintain business process documentation and project materials. Prepare executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and project summaries. Support regional Customer Success leaders with resource planning and capacity analysis. Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership. Assist in developing project budgets and tracking financial variances. Oversee administrative operations and coordination for project and implementation teams.
