Data Science Product Manager, Yield Optimization

7+ years of experience in Data Science roles implementing predictive models. Proven full-stack data proficiency with end-to-end ownership of predictive models in production. Experience with recommendation systems, ad tech, or yield optimization models. Expert proficiency in SQL for sourcing, wrangling, and understanding data. Strong ability to translate complex business problems into analytical questions and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders and external partners. Demonstrated capacity to operate with high autonomy, follow through on unowned problems, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.

Partner with Engineering and Business teams to integrate models into our recommendation engine. Drive the full lifecycle of yield optimization models, from ideation to production monitoring. Continuously evaluate and improve model accuracy to impact revenue and conversion rates. Use sophisticated models to match users to the best offers for internal agency and external buyers. Interface directly with external partners to ensure mutual success and align model performance.
