Digital Health Program Manager

Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or cross-functional execution roles. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams. Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams. Clear, concise communicator with strong follow-through. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Experience working with external vendors or service partners is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM platforms.

Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking. Track milestones, surface risks, and drive follow-up. Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance. Facilitate working group meetings and document decisions. Support onboarding and operational readiness with external partners and vendors. Track partner deliverables and escalate issues. Support launch preparation, ensuring documentation and workflows are complete. Validate readiness and customer-facing experiences. Provide regular status updates to leadership. Maintain clear documentation and shared workspaces.
