3-5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles supporting digital products or ecommerce. SQL proficiency required. Strong experience with web and product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Heap, etc.). Working knowledge of cloud data architecture and platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). Experience working with Data Engineering teams on analytics requirements. Solid understanding of funnel analysis and performance measurement. Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights. Proactive, self-directed mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or marketplace models is a plus.
