4+ years' experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention/renewal outcomes Strong commercial instincts—experience with renewals, billing coordination and collections workflows Excellent stakeholder management Strong documentation skills Familiarity with CRM and contract registers Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships (nice-to-have) Familiarity with NRR/NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs (nice-to-have)
