Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment Workday experience is a strong plus
