Proven experience marketing for a real estate or property management business in Australia or New Zealand Strong understanding of AU/NZ property buyer, tenant, and investor funnels Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and own outcomes Hands-on expertise in paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz CMS experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage) Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or other CRM/automation platforms Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent Experience with Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar
