7+ years of product analytics experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. At least 3+ years leading analytics teams. Proven player-coach experience balancing hands-on analysis and team leadership. Deep expertise in product instrumentation, event tracking, and product experimentation. Track record of building analytics infrastructure from early stage to scale. Strong experience with unit economics modeling and B2B SaaS metrics. Expertise in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar). Experience with data pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow). Exceptional communication skills to influence strategy and partner with teams. Experience with enterprise B2B products strongly preferred. Focus on and successful experimentation with integrating AI into standard practices and workflows.
