7+ years of product analytics experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies At least 3+ years leading analytics teams Deep expertise in product instrumentation, event tracking, and product experimentation (A/B testing, etc) Proven track record of building analytics infrastructure from early stage to scale Strong experience with unit economics modeling and understanding of B2B SaaS metrics Expertise in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) Experience with data pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow) Experience with enterprise B2B products strongly preferred Focus on and successful experimentation with integrating AI into standard practices and workflows
