Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role Working knowledge of German employment law Self-starter with excellent problem analysis/resolution skills Strong employee relations and customer service skills Ability to build and leverage professional relationships Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills Very good command of German and English High level of accuracy and detail orientation Strong computer skills Talent acquisition experience is a plus Works independently with limited supervision
