Senior Technical Recruiter

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on senior-level hiring. Proven track record hiring in AI/ML, LLMs, Inference, distributed systems, HPC, infrastructure, GPU engineering, or related areas. Strong sourcing expertise and deep understanding of modern engineering roles and tech stacks. Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Curiosity, creativity, and ability to translate complex technical requirements into sourcing strategies.

Identify and engage senior-level engineers and researchers in AI/ML and systems domains. Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior engineers. Conduct initial technical screening calls. Partner with engineering and research managers to understand role requirements. Monitor global trends in LLM research, AI infrastructure, and GPU availability.
