Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team

Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team
Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases
Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects
Maintain clear and organized QA documentation
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly
Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
Execute regression testing and release validation
Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes
