Requirements:
8+ years of experience in HR Generalist or equivalent role. 3+ years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Highly responsible & reliable and able to manage confidential information. In-depth knowledge of current legal regulations guiding the labor market. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS) or related software.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Serve as escalation point for complex HR inquiries or issues. Provide HR support and handle routine HR tasks and transactions. Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand goals and provide HR guidance. Build credibility and trust to diagnose and coach leaders on effectiveness. Assess team, manager, and organizational needs to recommend and implement solutions. Analyze and interpret workforce data to identify trends and communicate insights. Provide performance management guidance to line management. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for HR services. Collaborate with HR Manager(s), Director, and VP to align tactical decisions with HR strategies. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiencies. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management. Partner with the legal department as needed/required. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
