7+ years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning, including team building and relationship management skills. Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models, and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling. Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience. Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments. Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution. Responsibilities:
Work closely with Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd Employee Experience programs and drive process improvement. Develop and implement best practices that enable growth, drive change, and scale the company. Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention. Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organizing work. Support performance and promotion review processes and talent programs with a focus on reducing bias. Champion and represent GoDaddy’s culture and values, creating programs to safeguard and advance culture. Focus on organizational effectiveness and design activities. Influence diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture. Leverage data to make people’s processes smarter and more efficient through workforce analytics and metrics. Manage, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results, share best practices, benchmark externally, and scale skills and impact. Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations.
