Work closely with leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd Employee Experience programs and drive process improvement. Develop and implement best practices that enable growth, drive change, and scale the company. Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention. Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organization of work. Support performance and promotion review process and talent programs, focusing on reducing bias in career advancement. Champion GoDaddy’s culture and values, creating programs to safeguard and advance culture. Focus on organizational effectiveness and design activities to ensure company health and performance. Influence diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture. Leverage data to make people's processes smarter and more efficient through workforce analytics and metrics. Manage, inspire, and develop team members to deliver results, share best practices, benchmark externally, and scale skills. Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations.
