Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field. Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts. Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
