Human Resources Recruitment Specialist — Master-Level Internship

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field. Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts. Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools. Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation.
