Requirements:

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in an MBA or Master’s program in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Previous experience in communications, PR, or content creation roles, preferably in tech or startup environments.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Proficiency in content management systems, communication platforms, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with visual communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Demonstrated experience through coursework, projects, or volunteer work in communications-related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage internal communications, including updates, newsletters, and company-wide announcements.
Create internal communication releases, executive briefings, and corporate presentations.
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute communication strategies.
Support crisis communication efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Monitor communication effectiveness through KPIs and analytics.
