Expert in relationship management and portfolio management. Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Excellent storytelling with data skills. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to assess financial and operational outcomes of contracts. Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value-based care.

Manage strategic payer portfolios to maximize platform contribution. Build strong relationships with payer partners to align on priorities. Contribute to health plan contracting for commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid value-based contracts. Develop, lead, and mentor a team for strong execution and effective storytelling with data. Implement processes to increase team productivity.
