S./B.A. degree or higher. 10+ years of experience in US strategic pricing and contracting. 10+ years of experience in private and public payer strategy and execution in biotech. Experience working in Oncology or rare disease in biotech or pharma is preferred. Experience working in or with managed care plans is preferred. Experience in managing external pricing and contracting management vendors and payer marketing agencies is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of current US pricing environment and dynamics. Experience developing contract management practices, pricing committees, vendor government price reporting, and contract ROI. Strong analytical skills, project planning and organizational skills. Ability to proactively analyze business problems and develop solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions. Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.
