Requirements:
5+ years of experience in field sales in the employer's benefits or wellness space. Established network of professional contacts. Responsibilities:
Lead new business development in Local Government, K-12, and Higher Education accounts in the Central US. Meet or exceed sales objectives and quota. Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, and partners. Stay informed about products, roadmap, and competitive differentiation. Contribute new ideas and foster partnerships within the commercial team. Develop and maintain intra-company relationships. Understand client business strategies, challenges, and opportunities. Facilitate smooth transitions to Customer Success and assist with upsell opportunities.
