Requirements:
5+ years in SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role preferred, or equivalent experience (AdTech/MarTech preferred) Consistent track record of overperforming against monthly quota expectations Consultative sales experience for products/solutions sold into marketing/sales leadership stakeholders Ability to quickly assess business pain points, develop a strategy, and sell to that strategy on the same call Excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus Strength in ability to communicate value on the phone and in email
Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, navigate discovery, demo, proposal, and closing processes Consistently overachieve individual sales quotas Generate a healthy pipeline through outreach via email, phone, social media, and video Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement Become a subject matter expert on the CTV industry, MNTN’s platform and competitive landscape Partner with Customer Success to onboard new advertisers Give open and honest feedback for team improvement
