Responsibilities:
Own Compound’s nationwide advisor recruiting strategy Manage outreach, pipeline development, and long-term relationship cultivation Build trust with advisory teams and guide them through exploration, due diligence, and transition planning Improve and maintain a clear, structured recruiting process Develop and expand Compound’s presence within advisor networks, conferences, custodians, and centers of influence Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions Bring market intelligence and advisor feedback back to leadership Represent Compound as a knowledgeable, credible partner
