Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience in Enterprise Application software. SaaS experience preferred 3+ years of channel sales experience, ideally, working with an existing network of software focused partners in the EMEA region Understanding of a hybrid go to market model Understanding of a sales led partner model Demonstrated ability with partner recruitment and joint business planning Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teaming Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus) Must be located or willing to relocate to Ireland or the United Kingdom
Responsibilities:
Recruit new partners aligned with our ideal partner profile (VARs, Referral Partners, Consultancies, Agencies, System Integrators) Manage partnerships in EMEA and other countries in the EMEA region Work with partners to develop a repeatable service offering utilizing ClickUp as the underlying platform Act as a sales coach and mentor to partners Exceed revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners Engage and manage ClickUp partner programs and relationships Must be willing to travel (when public health policies allow)
