5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies. Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business. Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor. Experience with CRM tools. Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and sales materials. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close new digital advertising deals with agencies. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build and maintain relationships with agency decision-makers. Deliver compelling presentations showcasing solutions. Stay current on industry trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams. Meet or exceed revenue targets. Participate in regular virtual team meetings.
