Responsibilities:
- Receive dozens of inbound calls per day from new and existing customers across North America
- Partner with customers to help them select the right equipment for their job, and then help them set up their account and place their rental order
- Coordinate order scheduling, order quoting, payment processing, and invoice set-up
- Follow up with customers we've quoted to help close the deal
