Fluency in English and Hebrew. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including global hiring across Europe, Israel, and the US. Experience recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels, with a strong focus on GTM and R&D. Strong understanding of global recruiting best practices and ability to adapt to local customs. Experience advising and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders. Proven ability to design creative sourcing strategies. Some experience in HR, people operations, or employee relations. Excellent communication skills, cultural fluency. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats.
