Director of Strategic Finance

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, and financial planning software. Proven track record of strong business partnership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide critical thought and strategic finance leadership. Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with multiple revenue models.

Lead complex business case analyses for new initiatives, investments, and product launches. Drive financial due diligence and M&A analysis, including valuation modeling and synergy assessment. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic decision-making. Partner with FP&A for annual planning and forecasting. Enhance financial dashboards and KPIs for real-time business performance insights. Prepare Board of Directors and Executive Leadership decks. Serve as a trusted financial business partner to functional leaders. Partner with the payments team on KPIs, dashboards, and modeling. Leverage AI and multi-system experience to optimize financial processes. Drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems and tools.
