Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy in a late-stage / high-growth tech or public company environment. At least 5+ years of leadership / management experience. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Excellent business partnering skills. Ability to operate at multiple levels. Advanced modeling skills. Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models and metrics. Ability to jump into ambiguous situations and drive toward outcomes. Extraordinary ability to story-tell with data / analysis. Advanced experience with Excel / Google sheets, BI tools (Tableau), financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights) and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead Product & Engineering strategic finance function. Partner with senior leaders to influence and quantify business decisions. Develop and own strategic planning and forecasting processes. Provide financial insights and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives. Build operational and financial models for major projects. Lead cross-departmental financial projects and drive alignment. Define and track key performance indicators across Product & Engineering. Hire, mentor, and guide finance team members. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process improvement.
