Strategic Finance Associate

4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or strategic finance/bizops Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build detailed models from scratch Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to distill complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights Proactive and comfortable working independently in a virtual-first environment Degree in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field is preferred Experience conducting data analysis for a technology company Proficiency in SQL

Build driver-based, bottoms-up financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision-making Evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations Lead analytical workstreams for strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, product expansion, or operational efficiency Synthesize complex information and present clear insights to senior leadership Support M&A execution activities including strategy assessment and synergy analysis Partner with FP&A and other Finance teams for Outlook and Budget processes
