Director of Finance

2+ years in investment banking. 4+ years at growth-stage startups (ideally FinTech). Involvement in $100MM+ startup transactions. Experience pricing and structuring complex enterprise deals. Proficiency in building financial models. Curiosity and analytical rigor for data analysis. Experience with Runway for FP&A (preferred).

Create external financial narratives for partners, acquirers, and stakeholders. Own FP&A, maintaining detailed financial models and documenting assumptions. Support Deal Desk by structuring and pricing complex enterprise deals. Drive and maintain accurate financial forecasts. Explore data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Build out the finance team and establish best practices.
